> Why do the listings include jeans, shoes, jackets, scarfs or any other item if it is not included with the item for sale? 

These items help enhance the shirts to help give a visual of what the design could be paired and worn with. The only item for sale is the shirt. Each order is for One T-shirt only. 

> Why do you sell mostly T-shirts?

It's the most direct means to get our thoughts and ideas out there. Plus, we want to help speak your mind! That's our slogan.
  But really, w
e will be expanding to more products in the near future. Please subscribe to our newsletter for the most up to date newest designs and product release information. 

> I don't see the size I need, it shows out of stock, I want the shirt! 

Easy. Utilize the contact us link and let us know what size you need and the title of the shirt/product. We'll make it happen for you asap! 


> Do you ship internationally? 


We do not currently ship internationally unfortunately. We are currently working on ways to include international shipping. Please subscribe to our newsletter for current store updates. 


> What is the average production and ship times? 

Currently, our production and shipping times range anywhere from 7-10 business days. We have seen orders delivered within 3-5 business days.


> My package is showing delivered but I haven't received it, OR lost/stolen. What can be done about this?

We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please make contact with the shipping carrier to resolve any of these issues. However, if there is a print issue with your items, we will be happy to correct it as soon as possible, or work a solution out instead.
  We strive for amazing reviews and satisfied customers.

> My product packaging arrived damaged in the mail, what can be done?

We cannot be held liable for damaged packages/packaging as we have no control over how the postal or delivery companies take care in delivering packages unfortunately.
   Please make contact with the shipping carrier to resolve any of these issues. However, if there is an issue with the actual products themselves as far as the actual cosmetics being damaged, broken, or unusable, we will be more than happy to correct it as soon as possible; Please provide us with photos within 48-hrs of delivery, so that we can work out a viable solution instead.


> Do you offer bulk order discounts? 

We are able to provide bulk order discounts under certain terms. Please utilize our Contact Us link under Store Links for more information. 

> Do you sell only to a specific group of people? 

We sell to all groups of people who like our designs. We do not believe in discrimination. While we are a Black owned business, our designs and products can be purchased by anyone who enjoys them! A lot of our products resonate with the black community, and are created with Our community in mind but, they are not strictly for blacks only. We are about peace, harmony and supporting ALL people. At the root of it all, we are proudly black owned and make products that resonate with us!  

> Will you be expanding to offer other products?

Yes. We are actively planning and coming up with items we plan on branding and selling hopefully real soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter for all our updates, new designs, and new product launches. 

> Are you a large business?

No, we are definitely a small business. We like it that way. We have more intimate connections with our customers and have more control over what we produce this way along with the type of customer service and quality we provide. 

> How many designs are available?

We currently have at least 53 designs and more. At least one new design is posted weekly, and that is on the modest side.

> Will you sell baby, toddler, or youth designs in the future?

Yes! We are actively working on getting those options added to our store as well! Soon my friends, soon. 

> It seems you only have racially charged products, why is that?

As mentioned above in 'Do you sell only to a specific group of people', our designs are created with our culture in mind, but, the meanings can go any way for the majority of our products. Again, we resonate with our culture no doubt, but we make for everybody because thoughts aren't discriminatory, we ALL have them!!! Our shop is for anyone who feels us! You feel it?!

> Why was your company created, why do you sell shirts?

Hi! I'm Tee, the owner of Me, You, US, LLC. I felt there weren't enough shirt designs or items on the market period speaking to what many of us think and feel. I am a thinker, the majority of what I've felt and thought were actually great ideas and catchy thoughts, but, my thoughts typically went nowhere. I just had no idea what to do with them and where my passion lied. Now, here we are! All my heart, soul, and passion into this. That is where, insert here, this company came to be! (All smiles)

> Why are there no refunds, exchanges, returns?

We want to be careful answering this. While there are no returns, and exchanges, in instances where there is a print quality issue, damaged product, we do issue refunds. These refunds are processed if we are notified within 48-hours of delivery, with pictures of the print issues or damaged product and there is no desire for a replacement product. We'd hope you'd want a replacement as we really, really, want happy customers! 

> Are there refunds, exchanges, returns on your cosmetics?

Our cosmetics: lipsticks, eyebrow liners, eyeliners, and mascara's are non-refundable, not exchangeable, or returnable. Due to the nature of the items, COVID, and sanitary concerns, and safety of our customers, we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
  Unless the products themselves arrive damaged, broken, or unusable, of which we would request photos,
 refunds or replacements are processed if we are notified within 48-hours of delivery, with pictures of the issues and damages of the products.

> How important is customer service and quality products?

It is literally everything to us! This company is laser focused on providing outstanding customer service, an amazing purchase experience, and an even better product from beginning to end. Any negative experience, faulty product makes us feel so bad. We take it seriously. No, seriously! So Please, provide us the opportunity to make it right first.
